We do our best to ensure your order is made as ordered. If we make a mistake, we will correct the error. Normally items are shipped out in 3-5 business days once we are notified. Please contact us within 24 hours from the time it has been delivered if we accidentally made an error on your order and we will custom make it correctly. Thank you.
